Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Vantrik is operated by Tavlabs, a company incorporated in Brazil. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Tavlabs, and "you" means the person or organisation using the service.

2. What Vantrik does

Vantrik lets you connect social media accounts, organise them into workspaces, upload media, write and schedule posts, publish them to the connected networks at the times you choose, and review what happened on each destination.

Vantrik is a tool that acts on your instructions. It does not create content for you, and it does not decide what gets published.

3. Your account

You need an account to use Vantrik. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, for keeping your credentials secret, and for everything done through your account. Tell us at once if you suspect unauthorised access.

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, unless your country sets a lower age). If you use Vantrik on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it to these terms.

4. Acceptable use and your content

You are solely responsible for the content you publish through Vantrik and for making sure you have the rights to publish it.

You are also solely responsible for complying with the terms of service, platform policies, community guidelines, developer policies and rate limits of every social network you connect. If a network suspends, restricts or bans your account because of what you published, that is between you and that network — Vantrik cannot restore your access.

You agree not to use Vantrik to:

• Publish illegal content, or content that infringes someone else's intellectual property, privacy or image rights.
• Publish hate speech, harassment, threats, sexual content involving minors, or anything that violates the rules of the destination network.
• Send spam, run coordinated inauthentic behaviour, operate bot farms, or artificially inflate engagement.
• Circumvent a network's API limits or terms, or access accounts you are not authorised to use.
• Attack, probe, reverse-engineer or overload Vantrik's infrastructure, or resell the service without our written agreement.

5. No affiliation with the social networks

Vantrik is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Threads, WhatsApp), TikTok, YouTube or Google, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest, or any other platform.

All product names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the networks Vantrik can connect to.

Those networks change their APIs, permissions and policies whenever they choose. Features may stop working, be restricted, or be removed as a result, and we cannot guarantee that any given network stays available in Vantrik.

6. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation

Paid plans are sold as recurring subscriptions, billed monthly or yearly in advance. Customers in Brazil are billed in Brazilian reais through Asaas; customers elsewhere are billed in the currency shown for their region — pounds sterling, euro or US dollars. The price, the currency and the billing period are shown before you confirm.

Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the subscription page; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for, and you keep access until then.

Any payment can be refunded in full within 14 days of the date it was charged, including an automatic renewal — see the refund policy for how to ask. Statutory rights that give you longer are unaffected.

If a payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend access to paid features until it succeeds. We may change prices, but never for a period you have already paid; we will give you at least 30 days' notice before a new price applies to a renewal.

7. Service availability

We work to keep Vantrik available and to publish your posts on schedule, but we do not promise uninterrupted service or guarantee that any particular post will be delivered. Publishing depends on third-party APIs that can be slow, rate-limited, or simply down, and on your connected accounts remaining valid.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind beyond those the law makes non-excludable.

8. Intellectual property

Your content stays yours. You grant us only the licence we need to operate the service — to store, process, format and transmit your content to the destinations you choose. That licence ends when you delete the content or your account.

The Vantrik software, brand, interface and documentation stay ours. These terms do not transfer any of it to you.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, nor for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost followers, or the consequences of a post being published late, not published, or published to the wrong destination.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing here limits rights that consumer law makes non-waivable.

10. Suspension and termination

You can stop using Vantrik and delete your account at any time — see the data deletion page for how.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that puts the service or other customers at risk, or that we are legally required to stop serving. Where the circumstances allow it, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.

On termination, your right to use the service ends and we delete your data as described in the privacy policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in the app at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Vantrik after that means you accept the new terms; if you do not, cancel your subscription before the date they apply.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute will be settled in the courts of the district where Tavlabs has its registered office, except that consumers may bring a claim in the courts of their own domicile, as article 101 of the Consumer Protection Code allows.
